REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW OPEN FOR AMTS 2026!

Please join marine turtle researchers, practitioners, Traditional Owners, conservation managers, community groups, students, and enthusiasts from across Australia and beyond for three days of sharing knowledge, showcasing new research, tackling conservation challenges, and strengthening collaborations. Whether you’re a long-time turtle enthusiast or new to the field, AMTS 2026 promises an engaging program, valuable networking opportunities, and plenty of discussion about all things marine turtles. This year, we are also offering online registration and video presentation options for delegates who are unable to attend in person, helping to make the symposium more accessible to the broader marine turtle community.

Please use the link below to register for AMTS 2026!

Registration Options

We are pleased to offer a range of registration categories to ensure the symposium is accessible to our diverse marine turtle community. Registration fees vary according to participant type and attendance format.

Student registration
Offered at a reduced rate to support participation by students (e.g., Bachelors, Masters or PhD Candidate). Please ensure that registration is completed using a verifiable student email address.

Citizen Scientist and Land & Sea Ranger registration
Offered at a reduced rate to support participation by community volunteers involved in citizen science programs and Indigenous Land & Sea Rangers and managers.

Professional registration
Intended for participants attending in a professional capacity, this includes academics, researchers, government staff, consultants, industry representatives and non-government organisations.

Online (Individual) registration
For those unable to attend in person, we offer an online viewing option to the talks of the symposium for a single participant. Workshops are not included in online viewer registrations.

Online (Group) registration
Designed for organisations, schools, Land & Sea Ranger groups and community groups wishing to view the symposium together from a single location, allowing multiple participants to join using one shared registration. Closer to the date of the symposium, the primary registrant will receive a link to the talks and be asked to provide a list of the attendees watching remotely. Workshops are not included in online viewer registrations.

We encourage participants to select the registration category that best reflects their circumstances. If you are unsure which option is most appropriate, please contact the organising committee via and we will be happy to assist.
